Refund Policy

1) Training Programs

• Fees once paid are non-refundable.
• Refund is only possible if Rams Infotech cancels a batch or course.
• If a student discontinues after joining, no refund will be issued.

2) IT Services

• Services like Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Web Development will not be refunded once work has begun.
• If Rams Infotech cancels a project before starting, a full refund will be issued.

3) How to Request a Refund

If eligible for a refund, submit a written request within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
