1) Services We Offer

Rams Infotech provides IT services and training, including but not limited to:

• IT Services: Bulk SMS, Bulk WhatsApp, Bulk Email, Digital Marketing, Web/App Development, Website Design.
• Training Programs: Classroom/online training in technologies such as Networking, IT Help Desk, Data Science, Azure Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Multicloud, Python Full Stack, Selenium Testing, AWS with DevOps, CCNA/CCNP, Cybersecurity, SAP FICO, ServiceNow, VMware, Advanced Linux, Firewalls, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, etc.
• Internships, corporate trainings, and placement assistance.

Scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in your proposal/enrollment or service agreement.

2) Enrollment & Payments

• Provide accurate personal/academic details during registration or service onboarding.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable in advance. Fees once paid are non-transferable.
• Applicable taxes (if any) are additional and will be informed at the time of billing.
• Official receipts/invoices are issued for all payments.

3) Student & Client Responsibilities

• Students: Maintain attendance, follow trainer guidance, and use study materials only for personal learning. Do not copy, share, or resell content.
• Clients: Provide accurate content/data/approvals for campaigns or projects. You are responsible for the legality of materials supplied to us.
• Any misuse of our platforms, unethical conduct, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4) Placement Assistance

We provide 100% placement assistance (interview scheduling, guidance, and references). However, we do not guarantee a specific role, company, or salary. Your outcomes depend on your skills, performance, and market conditions.

5) Refund Policy (Summary)

• Training/Program fees are generally non-refundable.
• If a batch or course is canceled by Rams Infotech, eligible refunds will be processed.
• For IT services (e.g., Bulk SMS/WhatsApp, Digital Marketing, Web Development), refunds are not issued once work has begun.

6) Intellectual Property

All training content, courseware, documents, creative assets, website content, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Rams Infotech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rams Infotech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, training, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service/training giving rise to the claim.

8) Third-Party Platforms & Dependencies

Some services depend on third-party platforms (e.g., telecom providers, messaging gateways, cloud services, ad networks). Delays, outages, or policy changes by such platforms are outside our control. We are not responsible for disruptions or losses arising from third-party issues.

9) Privacy & Data Protection

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
